before the 18th. August 2012 / 10:00 am.

100 Euro

Racing Programme and schedule
Will be no maximum number of races per day.
The latest time to run the race at 18:00pm.
17th August - Registration at Imperial windsurf center. Practice day on a set racetrack.
18th. 10:00am - Registration close.
11:00am - Competitor Briefing at Big-Blue Windsurf Center.
13:00pm - First possible start.
18:00pm - Last possible start.
19th. August
11:00am - Competitor Briefing at Big-Blue Windsurf Center.
11:30am - First possible start.
14:30pm - Lunch break (provided free sandwiches by sponsor)
16:00pm - Race
18:00pm - Last possible race.
22:00pm - Evening meal and awards ceremony. Providing by the sponsor.

Minimum conditions
Race may be runs between 10-35Knots
Courses and racing area
The course to be sailed downwind full fleet configurations.

Point System
Low point scoring system.
The competitor with the lowest score will win the title of Love2windsurf-Kos.

Sail number
Windsurfers must display sail numbers on at lest one side of the sail.

Rules
Racing will be governed by the love2windsurf no rules system.
The important information will described at the competitor briefing.

Prizes
Prizes may be awarded to the 1st, 2nd, 3rd,4th,&5th places the following percent of share: (1st. 45%) , (2nd.
25%) , (3th. 15%) , (4th. 10%) , (5th. 5%)
Division prizes may be awarded depending upon the numbers of competitors
entered in a division.
Event Prizes will be awarded if one round has been completed.
If the event not held because of lack of wind, all competitors may return back the registered fee.

Gift by sponsor
Every competitors for require the Tigaki Express provide free of charge transportation between the port and
apartments, event location.
For every competitors evening meal is being provided on the Saturday
evening. Tickets would be required and these would be free of charge giving by the first day of the event.
Rights to use names and likenesses
Competitors automatically grant to the organizing authority without payment the right in
perpetuity to make, use and show any motion pictures, still pictures and live, taped or
filmed television of or relating to the event.

Safety regulations
All competitors under the age of 17 shall wear a buoyancy aid or life jacket.
Wet suits, Lycras or harness are not an appropriate standard.

Disclaimer of liability
Competitors are entirely responsible for their own safety, whether afloat or ashore, and
nothing reduces this responsibility. Nothing done by the organizers can reduce the responsibility of the
owners and/or competitors, nor will it make the organizers responsible for any loss, damage, death or
personal injury. Parents or guardians of minors have an additional responsibility for their children and to
make the decision as to whether he or she is fit to sail in the conditions.
