Club Race 2012 (8-9/12/2012) Ν.Ο. Vouliagmenis

The second Clubs race for the year 2012 has been successfully held at Vouliagmeni Nautical Club on the 8th & 9th of December.

In total, 30 athletes of all age groups (U17, U15, U13) have participated in the event.

All the athletes challenged their limits since the conditions during these two days were extremely rough with strong winds and big waves.

The nice setup of the race at Vouliagmeni bay offered an amazing spectacle to the parents & friends of the sport who gathered to watch the efforts of the athletes.

This was the last race for 2012. It has been a very successful season for the Bic Techno 293 class and especially for Windsurfing racing of younger age groups in Greece.

The addition of several new athletes and the increased number of races gave a new impetus and hope for the further development of the sport.
